Everything is cleaned on our own premises, so we're always the ones responsible for the result — nothing is quietly passed along to a third party and hoped for the best. That accountability shapes our pace, too: we move quickly, but never at the cost of skipping a step a garment actually needs. Speed is only worth something if the result still holds up.

Our tailors and press team are trained specialists, not machine operators reading off a manual, which means every method we use is chosen for the material in front of us rather than applied as a one-size default. A silk blouse and a work shirt never get treated the same way here — and that's the point.
